Delivery Charges
Free next day (working day / excludes bank holidays and weekends) delivery service on all
orders over £250 in value (UK Mainland only). Orders received before 12.00
GMT usually ship same day for next day delivery. Orders received later will
be sent to the courier the following day.

We can dispatch to most European countries in 2-3 days. If your country is
not listed please contact us for arrangement.
* When a delivery date is quoted this is intended only as a guide and although quoted in good faith we are not responsible for any delays occurring that are outside of our control.
Can I cancel an order?
As we operate a same day service it is not always possible to cancel an order. If however, we are out of stock of some items, and your order becomes a back order, you can notify Customer Service of you wish to cancel here. Remember to include your Order No so we can process your refund as quick as possible.
* Cancellations must be within 3 days of ordering otherwise the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Return Policy
All goods must be examined upon receipt immediately and all claims must be notified to Customer Service within 48 hours.
We operate a 14 day no hassle return policy. All goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and unused.
Returns must be notified to Customer Service via our online returns system here. Please remember to fill in the returns form online or an admin fee will be charged.
Important Please Read:
On occasions we may be out of stock of some items. If this happens we will put your order on back order until we can ship it out.
Please contact us before hand if you require a rush order so that we can confirm stock levels with you. If you do not contact us to check stock levels before hand we cannot refund delivery charges under any circumstance.
